Beautiful design means nothing if the event does not flow. A well-coordinated event falls flat without a thoughtful visual experience. At Raquel's Events, planning and design are integrated from day one, ensuring that every detail serves both form and function.

Our Process

01: CONSULTATION

We start with a conversation. Tell us about your vision, your guests, and what matters most. This is where we determine which collection is the right fit and begin building your custom planning experience.

02: DESIGN & PLANNING

We develop your design concept, source and secure vendors, and build out a detailed event strategy. Every decision is made with intention, from the visual details to the guest experience.

03: COORDINATION

We manage logistics, communicate with your vendor team, and finalize every element of your event timeline so that nothing is left to chance.

04: YOUR DAY

You arrive. We handle everything else. From setup through the final moment of your event, we are on-site managing all the moving parts so you can be fully present.

Selena's started with a baby shower.

​

After planning her daughter's baby shower from the ground up, Selena discovered something she had not expected: she was genuinely made for this. The research, the design, the logistics, the moment when a vision finally comes together in a room full of people who feel it — she loved all of it.

​

What began as a personal milestone became the foundation of a business built on one simple belief: that every celebration should feel as intentional as the person being honored.

​

Today, Selena brings that same passion and precision to weddings, baby showers, bridal celebrations, milestone birthdays, and private events across Tallahassee and North Florida, helping clients trade the stress of planning for the joy of actually living their moment.
